Who we are
We are an indigenous Engineering Construction, Dredging and Marine, Logistic Support Servicing firm based in Port Harcourt Nigeria. Since its incorporation, the company has been able to meet the yawning gap in Engineering Construction, Marine Logistics Support Services and Dredging Services jobs which has been ignored by indigenous companies.
With each passing year of our operation, it is interesting to note that we have achieved much as could be attested to by the many projects which we have so far executed. Within a shot space of time, we have executed different dredging, pipeline and Engineering construction projects in different locations, in support of the oil and Gas business in Nigeria.
However, in the execution of these projects, we have had to contend with community problems. But we are glad to note that our crop of experienced personnel have been able to manage the situation appropriately such that our operation is not hindered. Hence we have been able to deliver on time.

Engr. Mishael Opara
Managing Director
He is a graduate of Federal University of Technology Owerri and holds PGD in Safety & Environmental Technology. He has over 25 years cognate experience in Marine, Dredging, Civil Engineering and Data Management works and have handled and managed many Marine (Vessels supply) and Dredging projects for Shell, LNG Bonny, Jan Danul, etc. Engr. Mishael has attended several courses both in Nigeria and overseas. He is a team player and a prudent administrator. He works with other Directors to oversee that the company activities.
Ugochukwu Nnaemeka
General Manager
He is a graduate of Mechanical Engineering from Federal University of Technology, Minna. He has over 15 years experience in project management and a proven administrator and a resilient Businessman and has attended different courses in project management etc.
Engr. Boris Ike
Director of Operations
He is a core professional with over 20 years experience especially in marine and dredging works. He holds Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering from Federal University of Owerri and Master’s degree from University of Ibadan. He worked with Shell and pioneered and managed B&Q Dredging Ltd, Nestoil Group. He was the Operations Manager, Destiny Dredgers International Ltd South-south region.
He has attended many courses/training organized by Shell, Training Institute for Dredging, Holland etc. He is PRINCE2 certified with vast experience in HSE etc. He is a corporate member of Nigeria Society of Engineers and a registered member of Council for Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN).
Engr. Eziekel Otumala
Director of Projects
He is a graduate of Mechanical Engineering from Federal University of Technology, Minna. He has over 15 years experience in project management and a proven administrator and a resilient Businessman and has attended different courses in project management etc.
Mr. Ikenna Opara
Finance Manager
He is a graduate of Bayero University Kano. He has a B. Sc in Accounting and a Chartered Accountant of Nigeria with over 15 years cognate experience. His wealth of experience in Financial Management has been of great asset to the organization.
Mr. Oriye Nengi
Project Manager
He is a graduate of Bayero University Kano. He has a B. Sc in Accounting and a Chartered Accountant of Nigeria with over 15 years cognate experience. His wealth of experience in Financial Management has been of great asset to the organization.
